Mold ice is created by immersing water molds in a chilled glycol tank. One of the reasons ice cubes is popular is that it can be easily transported over long distances by non-refrigerated vehicles. In addition, ice cubes have a wide range of uses (fishing, bakery products, etc.). Molded ice machines are produced for commercial and industrial applications in our facility. It is designed to produce a clean and fresh block of ice without any problems. We have customized production in the range of 500 kg – 100,000 kg per day. The ice molds produced are available in 10-15-20-25-30-40-50 kg options. Parts in contact with water are stainless steel. It is optionally produced with water or air cooled condenser. Standard (AS) and Tropical (AT) versions are also available. We have options with hermetic, scroll, semi-hermetic piston or screw compressors. Our devices can be designed to meet the hot water needs of your business from our cooling units, if desired, without electricity or operating costs. Optional, indoor unit and outdoor unit separately, unassembled or installed and all settings are made plug and play options are available. |

LEAF ICE MACHINES
A flake ice machine is a machine that can produce ice with both fresh and salt water.
Flake ice is created by pouring water onto a film layer on the inner surface of a vertical drum. To make the ice brittle, we cool the drum and then break it up with an ice knife and store it. Flake ice is very thin and therefore ideal for cooling products such as concrete, fish and fruit. The daily production capacity is between 500 kg and 50 tons.
Our machines are also available in standard (AS) and tropical (AT) versions. We have options with hermetic, scroll, semi-hermetic piston or screw compressors. The refrigerant is R407F, R507A or R404A. According to our customer’s request, it can be produced with water or air cooled condensers.
In addition, if requested, the hot water need of your business can be met from our cooling units without electricity or operating costs. Again, in line with the demand from our customers, we have options for the indoor unit and the outdoor unit as separate, unassembled or plug-and-play options with all settings and installations done.
